Shipping: We use UPS as our primary carrier including international shipping. All orders will be shipped via UPS ground, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address. Items restricted due to size or weight restrictions will be shipped freight collect via commercial freight carriers. Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to provide air services for some items in our catalog. The FOB locations for drop shipments are dictated by our suppliers. All other items are FOB Halifax, Massachusetts please refer to the map on website for approximate delivery times. Additional handling charges will be applied to all orders using an alternate carrier. However, if you still wish to use an alternate carrier (ie...FedEx, DHL), you must contact our shipping manager directly for special request and authorization. Your request will be approved or denied. After receiving approval from our shipping Manager, the customer is responsible for all arrangements for use of these alternate carriers. This includes, but is not limited to, contacting the carrier to schedule the pickup and also pre-payment to the carrier for the shipment using the customer’s carrier account or customer’s credit card. Any claims for service failures or damages when using an alternate carrier are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Refused Shipments: The customer shall be liable for any costs incurred from any refused shipment(s) regardless of reason/circumstance. DMC Racing will be reimbursed for this expense before any further shipments will be permitted. Customers with prior refusals must prepay or provide a credit card number for any future order.

 

 

Claims Policy: Inspect your order upon receipt. Claims for damages, open or concealed, must be made immediately to the delivery company. Bring any damage to the attention of the delivery person and make a written notice. If a shipment is damaged, keep box and packing materials for carrier inspection. Take digital photographs if possible. Claims for shortages or incorrect items must be made to DMC Racing within five days of delivery.
