Strange Engineering 2.62 Stroke Single Adjustable Coil Overs

Strange aluminum coil-over shocks were developed by Strange with the help of several chassis builders, Pro-Mod racers, World Champion Sportsman racers, and street enthusiasts. The hard work culminated into a shock that is highly responsive, consistent, and can be easily adjusted to adapt to slight changes in atmospheric conditions. Each Strange shock body, eyelets, spring seats and jam nut are fully machined from high-grade aluminum. Strange fully assembles and inspects each shock. Every shock that passes our stringent testing is issued a serial number. The Strange dynamometer facility enables us to analyze shocks at all shaft speeds and continue our valve development to stay at the forefront of the continually changing performance suspension industry.

Strange aluminum single adjustable coil -over shocks are designed to take the guesswork out of tuning your suspension. Whether you are adjusting the ride of your street machine or fine-tuning a drag race vehicle, Strange shocks are a valuable tool to adapt your suspension to the changing conditions your vehicle will encounter. Shock extension is easily adjusted by turning a conveniently located external knob. The external knob offers 10 precise rebound settings and allows for a wide range of adjustment.

Recommended Ride Height:  10.00”-10.375”

Stroke: 2.62”

Suggested Spring Length: 7-8”

Stroke is stated without the bump rubber to compare with other brands.  Most manufactures list the stroke without the bump rubber; however, the shock should never be used without the bump rubber.  Deduct .563” from the listed stroke.
